By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the Website.

02About Us

Blessed International Fellowship Church is a Christian church located in Subaru Estate, near Eldoret Airstrip, off Iten Road, Eldoret, Kenya. The Website shares information about our church, services, ministries, events and teachings.

03Use of the Website

You may use the Website for personal, non-commercial purposes such as learning about our church, reading our content and contacting us. When using the Website, you agree not to:

  • Use it for any unlawful, harmful, fraudulent or abusive purpose.
  • Post or send content that is offensive, hateful, defamatory, obscene or misleading.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, its servers or any connected systems.
  • Introduce viruses, malware or any code designed to damage or disrupt the Website.
  • Impersonate the Church, its pastors or any other person, or misrepresent your connection with us.
  • Send spam or unsolicited advertising through our forms or contact details.

We may suspend or restrict access to the Website at any time, without notice, for maintenance or if we believe these terms have been broken.

Unless stated otherwise, all content on the Website, including text, articles, sermons, photographs, videos, graphics, logos and design, belongs to Blessed International Fellowship Church or is used with permission.

You are welcome to share our content for personal, ministry or non-commercial purposes, provided you credit "Blessed International Fellowship Church" and link back to the Website. You may not sell, alter or use our content commercially without our written permission.

Scripture quotations are taken from published Bible translations and remain the property of their respective copyright holders.

05Forms & Prayer Requests

When you contact us, submit a prayer request, register for an event or ask to join a ministry, you agree that:

  • The information you provide is accurate and yours to share.
  • We may use it to respond to you, pray for you and follow up on your request.
  • Prayer requests are shared only with our pastoral and intercessory teams and are treated with care and confidentiality.
  • We will not publish your name or personal details without your consent.

Please don't send highly sensitive information (such as ID numbers or banking passwords) through our website forms.

06Giving & Donations

All tithes, offerings and donations to the Church are voluntary gifts made freely to support our ministry, missions and outreach.

  • Gifts are generally non-refundable. If you believe you made an error, such as a wrong amount or a duplicate payment, contact us as soon as possible and we will review it in good faith.
  • We use gifts according to the Church's mission and leadership decisions. Gifts given for a specific purpose will be applied to that purpose wherever possible.
  • Payments made through M-Pesa, bank transfer or other providers are also subject to those providers' own terms.

07Photos & Recordings

Our services, events and outreaches may be photographed, filmed, recorded or live-streamed by our Media Ministry. By attending, you understand that you may appear in images or recordings that we share on the Website, social media and other church communications.

If you would prefer not to appear, please let a member of our media or ushering team know, or contact us to request that a specific image be removed. We will honour reasonable requests.

08Children & Young People

The Website is intended for a general audience. Anyone under 18 should use our forms only with the knowledge and permission of a parent or guardian.

We take special care with images of children. We do not publish children's full names alongside their photographs, and parents or guardians may ask us at any time to remove an image of their child.

Our articles, sermons and teachings are shared for spiritual encouragement and general information. They are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial or psychological advice. Please consult a qualified professional for advice about your specific situation.

14Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. We will always seek to resolve any concern peacefully and in a spirit of grace (Matthew 18:15). Where that isn't possible, disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya.
